Terms of Use
Last updated: September 2, 2026
1. Acceptance and scope
platonica.digital and its subdomains, including pymes.platonica.digital and other properties hosted under platonica.digital (collectively, the “Site”), are operated by Platonica and present the Platonica Presence practice (“Platonica,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using any part of the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. When you submit an Audit request or another commercial form, you also confirm acceptance of the Terms and Privacy Policy linked on the relevant form or page.
If you engage our services, the proposal, agreement, statement of work, or other commercial document specifically agreed for that service will prevail over these Terms in the event of a conflict.
2. Site functions
The Site describes Platonica Presence services, publishes content about commercial visibility and Commercial Information Infrastructure, and provides tools to begin an evaluation or business relationship.
Current functions include commercial visibility self-assessments, generation and delivery of private reports, contact and request forms, and Commercial Visibility Audit pages designed for different company profiles.
Submitting a form does not process a charge, does not by itself create a contractual relationship, and does not require Platonica to accept a project.
3. Audit and service engagement
Information published about an Audit describes the standard scope, price, estimated timing, deliverables, conditions, and limitations available at the time of publication. Needs outside that scope may be reviewed and quoted separately.
An Audit request begins a review and formalization process. Work starts only after applicable conditions have been satisfied, including scope confirmation, payment, kickoff, and delivery of required information, documents, and access.
Corrections, strategy changes, scope expansions, implementation services, Visibility Build, Visibility Retainer, and other subsequent work are governed by the commercial terms agreed for each engagement.
4. Self-assessment, reports, and results
The self-assessment and reports generated through the Site are intended to provide an initial evaluation based on information supplied and criteria applied by Platonica. They do not replace a full Audit and do not by themselves constitute legal, financial, tax, cybersecurity, compliance, or investment advice.
Private links and reports must be used responsibly. Unless otherwise stated, a report delivered to your company may be used internally and shared with employees, executives, agencies, developers, vendors, or specialists participating in evaluation or implementation for your own organization.
You may not resell reports, commercialize them as your own product, remove attribution for the purpose of presenting the methodology as your own, or use the service to systematically reproduce Platonica's proprietary logic or structure.
5. AI tools, search engines, and external sources
Platonica analyses may use the Platonica Scanner, proprietary software, search engines, public sources, and third-party technology services. Depending on the process, Google services, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, or other analysis tools may be involved.
Results from search engines, artificial intelligence systems, and third-party platforms may vary by date, location, configuration, context, available sources, provider updates, and other factors outside Platonica's control.
When a report documents Google or AI-tool results, it represents a dated snapshot of the scenario evaluated. It does not mean those platforms will later maintain the same answers, sources, rankings, citations, or mentions.
Third-party trademarks and services belong to their respective owners. Their use as a source, tool, or object of evaluation does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement of Platonica by those companies.
6. Intellectual property
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Platonica's original content and assets — including text, identity, graphics, structure, design, reports, methodologies, evaluation frameworks, matrices, scoring systems, criteria, workflows, proprietary prompts, software, code, and tools such as the Platonica Scanner — are owned by Platonica or used with permission.
You may view public content and share links with attribution. Contracted deliverables may be used internally by the client company and its providers to carry out recommended actions, unless different terms are specifically agreed in writing.
You may not copy, license, resell, publish in full, commercially exploit, decompile, reverse engineer, or systematically reproduce Platonica's proprietary assets without prior written authorization, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes; attempt unauthorized access to systems, private reports, servers, files, or data; interfere with Site operation; bypass security controls; or perform bulk extraction, scraping, crawling, abusive automation, or testing intended to copy, overload, or reconstruct our tools without permission.
You also may not intentionally introduce malicious code, conduct attacks, manipulate forms, or use the Site to violate third-party rights.
8. Client-provided information, documents, and access
When an Audit or service requires information, documents, or access to Search Console, Analytics, profiles, systems, or commercial materials, the company providing them represents that it has sufficient authority to share them with Platonica for the agreed scope.
Platonica will use such access and information for the purposes of the relevant service and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable contractual terms.
9. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or integrate with third-party services such as LinkedIn, Google Calendar, Google Analytics, Notion, and technology providers used for analysis, communication, or collaboration. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Platonica does not control or guarantee the availability, content, or independent practices of third parties.
10. No guarantee of results
We seek to make our analyses rigorous, documented, and based on available evidence. However, the Site, self-assessment, and analyses are provided without any guarantee that a particular action will produce rankings, mentions, citations, traffic, business opportunities, revenue, return on investment, or another specific result.
Economic estimates, when included, depend on available data and assumptions and do not constitute a guarantee of revenue, savings, return, or future performance.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Platonica will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Site, changes made by third-party platforms, or decisions made solely from general content, self-assessments, or results not contracted as specific professional advice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Privacy
Our processing of personal information and use of technology providers are described in our Privacy Policy. The Site uses optional analytics only in accordance with the consent choices made available to users.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms when the Site, our services, tools, processes, or applicable requirements change. The current version will be the version published on this page and will show its last-updated date.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising from use of the Site will be submitted to the competent courts of Querétaro, Querétaro, Mexico, and the parties waive any other jurisdiction to which they may otherwise be entitled.
